Mr. Adlerstein is the Co-Founder of T7 Capital, a boutique healthcare advisory firm established in January 2025. With over a decade of experience in healthcare finance, he specializes in providing strategic advisory services, capital markets expertise, and investment sales solutions to healthcare real estate owners and operators across the United States.

In addition to his role at T7 Capital, Mr. Adlerstein is also a Co-Founder of JACS Properties LLC, a real estate investment firm focused on the ownership and management of multifamily properties across the country. Leveraging his expertise in structured finance and investment strategy, he plays a key role in expanding JACS Properties’ portfolio and optimizing asset performance.

Before founding T7 Capital, Mr. Adlerstein spent 13 years at MCG Healthcare and Senior Housing, where he served as the Head of the Senior Housing and Healthcare team. In this role, he led a team of specialized advisors and underwriters focused on structuring and placing complex financing solutions for senior housing and healthcare properties. He built deep relationships with many of the industry’s largest and most active investors and worked extensively across various financing vehicles, including bank loans, CMBS, debt funds, and life insurance company financing.

Throughout his career, Mr. Adlerstein has closed over $25 billion in transaction volume, with more than $3 billion closed in 2024 alone. His expertise extends beyond financing into equity capital markets and investment sales, providing a comprehensive suite of advisory services across all sub-asset classes in the healthcare sector.

Mr. Adlerstein holds a J.D. from Cardozo Law School and is admitted to the New York Bar.
